Parish Administrator: Keryn Middelmann

The Parish Administrator's proposed role is to:

  • Follow up on all rosters and ensure people are notified in a timely manner and that the appropriate materials and training is available for the volunteers
  • Produce the weekly newsletter Life Together
  • Web site - this is essential to keep our website current and relieve the work load on our webmaster.
  • Data base management
  • Compliance issues – make sure we are up to date on this and our records are up to date

Music Coordinator: Jenny Dawson

The Music Coordinator proposed role is to:

  • Select and organise the music for the parish worship services
  • Work with and encourage musicians  to provide music for our services
  • Identify and set up a data base of musicians that can be called on.
  • Lift the profile and range of the Music ministry.

 

Ministry Coordinators: Judy Bowman & Andee Neumeister

The Ministry Coordinators proposed role is to:

  • Coordinate the ministry areas with Pastor and follow up to ensure action and activities are followed up
  • Set up training for members in areas such a mentoring
  • Call on district resources to support area of this in relation to Sunday school  and Youth

Office staff

The Ringwood (and Parish) church office is open various hours from Monday to Friday. Jan Hoffmann answers calls and checks the messages plus providing secretarial support for the parish.

The Knox office is not staffed, although on Thursdays there is usually someone at the church who will answer calls. At other times various members check and respond to voice mail messages and attend to administrative matters. The phone is usually redirected to the Parish Office in Ringwood.

Webmasters

Stephanie & Coralie

The web site is maintained by Stephanie Foott. She is assisted by a small, but growing, group of enthusistic members.

Village Managers

Charlie and Cheryl Reif manage the Good Shepherd Retirement Village.

And of course we have many members who volunteer their time to organise events and activities, to serve on committees, to keep our buildings clean and in good repair, and to perform the numerous tasks needed to ensure our parish functions smoothly and fulfils its ministry and mission.
