Revised Common Lectionary
Readings for worship are based on the Revised Common Lectionary following the seasons of the church year which retell the Christian story and reflect the life of Christ year after year.
This Lectionary is used in the majority of mainline protestant churches around the world. It provides a common link between worship in a local congregation and the worship of millions of other Christians.
