File Types
Excel files can only be accessed if you have MS Excel installed on your computer or a spreadsheet program that can open Excel files. They may also be viewed using a special viewer program such as QuickView.
Word files can only be accessed if you have MS Word installed on your computer or a word processor program that can open Word files. They may also be viewed using a special viewer program such as QuickView.
PDF (Portable Document Format) files can be accessed using a reader program such as Acrobat Reader, a free program from Adobe.
Downloading files
To download files from this web site, click with the right button on your mouse and select the option "Save link as..." or "Save target as... " on the pop up menu. Your browser will normally prompt you for the location (folder) you would like to save the file in.
A left click on the file link will normally load PDF files into a browser window (unless you've changed a few program settings). For other types of files, a left click will cause your browser to prompt you to Save or Open the file – choose the Save option to save the file on your computer.
