Sunday worship

  • 9am Worship with Holy Communion, Good Shepherd, 57 Wantirna Road, Ringwood (every Sunday)
  • 11am Worship with Holy Communion, Our Saviour's, 646 Burwood Highway, Knoxfield (1st, 2nd, 3rd Sundays of the month)
    4th Sunday is evening worship - see below for details
  • 10am on the 5th Sunday of the month, alternating between Ringwood and Knox - see below for details

Sunday worship at each congregation is followed by morning tea. If you're visiting, we invite you to stay and spend some time in fellowship and allow us to get to know you.

Evening services - 4th Sunday of the month

  • 6.30pm Worship with Holy Communion, Our Saviour's, Knox

Many people now work on Sundays or have sporting or family commitments and find it difficult to attend an 11am service. So once a month at Knox we hold the service in the evening. This is family oriented worship, usually with the band playing and sometimes with drama or other special 'activities'. The service is followed by a meal.

22 January: Anti pesto platters, dips, cheese, fruit, nuts, biscuits (sweet & savoury)
26 February: Sausage sizzle, potato salad and coleslaw; jelly/fruit salad and icecream
25 March: Roast meat, Baked Potatoes, salads; fruit platters
22 April: Stir fries, chicken wings, fried rice, salads; pancakes
20 May: Pasta, Sauces, herb & garlic bread; Chocolate desserts
24 June: Soups and Breads; Fruit Pies & cream/custard
22 July: Casseroles, Curries and Rice; cakes & slices
26 August: Baked Potatoes, savoury toppings & salads; Cheesecakes
23 September: Footy Fever! Hot Dogs, Pies, Pizza and donuts!
28 October: German theme dinner
25 November: Barbecue and salads; Fruit Salad and Icecream
23 December: Sandwiches, wraps, Christmas cake and biscuits

Combined services - 5th Sunday of the month

Combined parish worship, alternating between Ringwood and Knox. These worship services begin at 10am and are followed by a community lunch.

Weekday Worship Services for the Elderly

Four times a year, an afternoon Holy Communion service is held on a weekday. This service is particularly for the housebound, elderly and infirm members and friends. Worship is followed by afternoon tea and a time for socialising.

Taizé worship

Taizé prayer is a quiet and meditative style of community prayer in which short songs or chants are used. The evenings at Knox start at 7:30pm with coffee and fellowship, and the service begins at 8pm. Read more about Taizé or view the flyer.

Lenten worship: Services are held every Wednesday evening during Lent. The services are joint venture between the Ringwood/Knox and Outer Eastern parishes. The service are held at Ringwood at 7.30pm.
